Returns, exchanges, and refunds for ZoraSocks orders.

At ZoraSocks, we design performance-driven socks for movement, comfort, and everyday wear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene & Condition Policy: Due to hygiene standards, socks must be returned in
their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all packaging intact. Items that show clear signs of wear, usage, or washing cannot be accepted
for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

  • Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled if processing has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled, but may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Returns & Responsibility

1) Issue with the Order (We Cover Return Shipping)

This includes:

  • Item damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing or quality-related defects
  • Incorrect or missing items

In these cases, ZoraSocks will arrange the return and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within the 30-day return window.

2) Change of Mind (Customer Responsible for Return Shipping)

This includes:

  • Personal preference or style selection
  • Ordered incorrect size or quantity
  • Colour or fit does not meet expectations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Return Address

Our returns are processed at our central fulfillment and return center located in China (or United Kingdom, depending on your warehouse). The detailed shipping address and personalized return label instructions will be provided by our support team once your return request is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused at delivery without prior authorization, any return shipping fees or courier charges incurred by ZoraSocks will be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos (required for damaged or defective items)

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Approved refunds will include the full amount paid for the returned item(s)

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the
item back to us. ZoraSocks will cover the standard shipping cost to send the
replacement item back to you.

Replacement items will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Items that have been clearly worn, washed, or used
  • Items returned with significant damage caused after delivery
  • Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
